Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 California
Dark and ruby purple, this big, perfumed and robust wine holds aromas of spice box and tobacco with plum and currant layers. Full and round fruit flavors abound and tastes of blueberry and cassis are supported by an oaky backbone and ripe tannins. This wine has clean, correct varietal aromas and flavors, good balance and plenty of intensity and complexity.
Chardonnay 2010 California
Scents of ripe crisp summer fruits and hints of lightly toasted oak are hallmarks of this delightful Chardonnay. Hints of apple and pear are supported by a backbone of acidity and these flavors blend well and linger just long enough on the palate. Serve very chilled.
Moscato 2011 California
Enjoy the delightfully sweet and refreshing flavors of this delicate California Moscato. A fine dessert wine, Moscato offers honeysuckle aromas that develop into juicy flavors of peach and melon on the palate. A slow finish with hints of apple and pear are perfect with fine cheeses, nuts and desserts such as tortes and chocolate.
Pinot Noir 2011- California
Light garnet in the glass, this fabulous Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe raspberries and sweet cherries. Full flavors leap out of the glass and into the mouth. Cherry cedar and raspberry persist along with a healthy acidity to keep the wine in balance. The finish is clean but with deeper earthy notes at the end. Serve at room temperature.
Zinfandel 2009 California
This hearty blend creates a complex and layered nose with scents of boysenberry and toasted cinnamon. An unapologetic bold zinfandel, deep and dark berry flavors persist. This lush, full wine is ready to be enjoyed with a fine steak, robust pasta or dark chocolate dessert.
